Grey hair

I cut off my hair and noticed that it is still grey... much more so than i remember.


What's really hard is getting some elementary schoolkids in trouble for acting inappropriately towards me.

It's awkward to have them apologize to me in front of various homeroom teachers and principals.

It's heart-wrenching to look into their watery eyes, in an honest act of humility, to see that they are innocent children who made a mistake.

It's devastating that I can't even tell them that I am not really even angry- I just don't know the words in Japanese.

And my hair glistens even greyer than before to mirror the tears that stream from my own eyes.
