Safari 1 of 5

So, I paired down the Safari pictures from 650 to 410 to 80 and I'm hoping to post 40ish total... ENJOY!

 Our Land Cruiser with the pop-top!

 First place we visited

 Plain's Zebra (Equus burchelli)

 Homo sapiens... Strichus Jakeii and S. Debbidii showing typical behavior

 Baobab (Adansonia digitata) trees... HUGE. And Elephants tear them up during the dry season to reach the stores of water in the inner bark.

 Hammerkop (Scopus umbretta)

 O (ther) Strich--- (Strichus otheres). Just kidding.... the proper name is Struthio camelus. The female is lighter because she sits on the eggs during the day in brooding season. The male is dark because he sits on the eggs at night!
