This is a picture with our driver, Iddy. He is a nice guy and rather patient in putting up with us demanding Strich men! We all got along and he drove us around safely for four days delivering us to the airport after a full last day of Safari in Lake Manyara (later posts)

An Olive Baboon (
Papio cynocephalus anubis). Right after this picture was taken, he came bolting out of the tree and charged Dad, who was holding an orange. Clearly it was hungry, so Dad ditched it off to the side and the Baboon (nasty bastard!) went for the orange. As we drove away it was munching away as the greedy thief it is!
Cheers! to a great trip. Or as is said in Swahili, "Maisha Marefu."
